Originally from Richmond, V.A., Lindsey Branham brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to Mercantile and Mash as executive pastry chef. Branham oversees the pastry program at Mercantile and Mash with creative freedom, coordinates all pastry-related needs for The Cedar Room’s private events and contributes to other Indigo Road Charleston pastry programs.

Prior to moving back to Charleston, Branham pursued her dream of starting her own business and ran a wedding cake venture and seasonal food truck for three years. Branham expanded her pastry knowledge traveling and working in seasonal clubs in California, Montana and North Carolina. Now working in the same building where she attended culinary school, Branham has come full circle in her career after graduating from Johnson and Wales in 1999.

When Branham is not at work, you can find her outside exploring and soaking in all the Lowcountry has to offer.
